The Minors’ Affairs Authority’s obligation to manage minors’ assets. An obligation to exercise care, not to achieve a result. - Restriction of the guardianship of Minors’ Affairs to minors. Does not prevent it from managing jointly owned assets whenever a minor has a share therein and through its statutory representation of him. The condition for this. Consent of the co-owners in undivided ownership who are not under its care, or absence of objection from them. - Jointly owned assets. The Minors’ Affairs Authority must exercise the requisite care to preserve them. Its necessary implication. That - 47 - Obligation it promptly take precautionary or substantive measures in due time to protect them and prevent their dissipation. Its neglect in this respect. التزام هيئة شئون القصر بإدارة أموال القصر. التزام ببذل عناية وليس بتحقيق نتيجة. - قَصرّ وصاية شئون القُصر على القُصر. غير مانع لها من أن تتولى إدارة الأموال المشتركة متى كان للقاصر نصيب فيها ومن خلال نيابتها القانونية عنه. شرط ذلك. موافقة الشركاء من غير المشمولين برعايتها على الشيوع أو دون اعتراض منهم. - الأموال المشتركة. وجوب أن تبَذل هيئة شئون القُصرّ العناية المطلوبة للحفاظ عليها. لازمه. أن - ٤٧ - التزام تبادر إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات التحفظية أو الموضوعية في حينه لحمايتها ومنعاً من إهدارها. إهمالها في ذلك. خطأ يوجب التعويض. التعويض عن عدم إخطار الزوجة بالطلاق:Original Arabic judgment citations
