The final contract, rather than the preliminary contract, is what settles the relations between the parties. It alone becomes the law of the contracting parties from the date of its conclusion. The absence from the final sale contract of a condition requiring delivery of the property vacant by a specified date and of the financial penalty resulting from breach of that condition. Its implication. The parties' agreement to amend the preliminary sale contract by deleting it. Its effect. That condition ceases to exist from the date of registration of the sale contract.
