Real property actions concerning real property situated abroad. They fall, by way of exception, outside the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts. An action for rescission of a contract for the sale of real property situated in a state other than the State of Kuwait which has not been registered is not covered by the aforementioned exception. - An unregistered real property sale contract. The obligations it creates are personal obligations.
