English translation of the principle
The agent's completion of performance of the agency. He must submit to the principal a detailed account encompassing all acts of the agency, supported by documents. This obligation rests upon the agent. Its lapse in the sense of fifteen years from the time the agency ends. The challenged judgment's rejection of the plea that the action should not be heard pursuant to the provisions of Articles 439, 263. Does not vitiate it.

إتمام الوكيل تنفيذ الوكالة. وجوب تقديمه للموكل حساباً مفصلاً شاملاً جميع أعمال الوكالة مدعماً بالمستندات. وقوع هذا الالتزام على عاتق الوكيل. سقوطه بمعنى خمس عشره سنه من وقت انتهاء الوكالة. رفض الحكم المطعون فيه الدفع بعدم سماع الدعوى وفق نص المادتين ٤٣٩، ٢٦٣. لا يعيبه.Original Arabic judgment citations
