That they fall within the limits of the agency. - Determining the extent of the agency's scope and the legal dispositions it includes which the principal authorised the agent to undertake. Falls within the authority of the court of merits, by reference to the wording of the power of attorney, its provisions and the circumstances in which it was issued.

التصرفات التي يجريها الوكيل. نفاذها في حق الموكل وانصراف أثرها إليه. شرطه. أن تكون في حدود الوكالة. - التعرف على مدي سعة الوكالة وما تشتمل عليه من تصرفات قانونية خول الموكل الوكيل في إجرائها. من سلطة محكمة الموضوع وذلك بالرجوع إلي عبارة التوكيل وما جرت به نصوصه والملابسات التي صدر فيها.Original Arabic judgment citations
