A lawyer's agency. Its formation, termination and all its other provisions are subject to the general rules concerning the agency contract in the Civil Code. - Remunerated agency. The agreed remuneration is subject to assessment by the trial judge unless voluntarily paid after performance of the agency. - Assessment of the effort expended by the lawyer and the benefit accruing to the principal. وكالة المحامي. تخضع في انعقادها وانقضائها وسائر أحكامها للقواعد العامة المتعلقة بعقد الوكالة في القانون المدني. - الوكالة المأجورة. خضوع الأجر المتفق عليه فيها لتقدير قاضي الموضوع إلا إذا دفُع طوعاً بعد تنفيذ الوكالة. - تقدير ما بذله المحامي من جهد وما عاد على الموكل من نفع. من سلطة محكمة الموضوع. شرط ذلك.Original Arabic judgment citations
