Harm resulting from multiple faults committed by numerous persons, each being at fault. Their joint and several liability towards the injured party for full compensation. In their relationship with one another, the burden of liability is apportioned according to the role of each person’s fault in causing the harm; if that cannot be determined, it is apportioned equally. The injured party may proceed against them all or confine the action to one of them, and the latter may have recourse against the others.
