Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1027

Assignment of particular actions to the various circuits of the Court of First Instance by a decision of the General Assembly. It does not go beyond a matter of subject-matter jurisdiction, but is merely an administrative distribution of work among those circuits, so any of them has jurisdiction to determine the dispute.
