Subject-matter jurisdiction to hear personal status cases in all courts. It vests in the personal status circuit of each court. Designating one or more circuits to hear a particular type of personal status case. Does not divest the other circuits of their jurisdiction to hear those cases. The reason for this. This division is no more than an internal organizational measure.

الاختصاص النوعي بنظر قضايا الأحوال الشخصية في جميع المحاكم. انعقاده لدائرة الأحوال الشخصية بكل محكمة. تخصيص دائرة أو أكثر لنظر نوع معين من قضايا الأحوال الشخصية. لا يجرد الدوائر الأخرى من اختصاصها بنظر تلك القضايا. علة ذلك. أن هذا التقسيم لا يعدو أن يكون إجراءً تنظيمياً داخلياً.Original Arabic judgment citations
