English translation of the principle

Judicial jurisdiction. In principle, it belongs to the ordinary judiciary. Anything else is an exception. The bounds prescribed for its jurisdiction may not be exceeded. - The determining factor in establishing the competent judicial authority is the plaintiff's claims. - The jurisdiction of the Objections Committee provided for in the Expropriation and Temporary Requisition Law - 584 - Civil Procedure is confined to objections by interested persons to the contents of the inventory lists of expropriated properties concerning their area, boundaries, compensation value, the names of their owners and holders of rights therein, and each one's share of compensation. An example of jurisdiction vesting in the ordinary judiciary.
