القانون ٣٢ لسنة ١٩٦٧ في شأن الجيش. عدم سريانه إلا على العسكريين دون غيرهم. لفظ العسكري. المقصود به: من اتخذ الجندية مسلكاً. - التعبئة العامة. إعلانها. وسيلته وما يترتب عليه. م١، ٢ ق٦٥ لسنة ١٩٨٠. - القواعد المنظمة لمعاشات ومكافآت التقاعد الواردة بقانون مكافآت ومعاشات التقاعد للعسكريين. سريانها على الفئات المحددة قانوناً على سبيل الحصر. م١ من المرسوم بقانون ٦٩ لسنة ١٩٨٠.Original Arabic judgment citations
