Dissolution of marriage for abandonment. Its distinction from a request for judicial divorce on account of conflict and discord between the spouses. - A request for a judgment of judicial divorce on account of abandonment, not conflict and discord, and the absence of the latter request from the papers. The effect thereof. Transfer of the action to the appellate court with its evidence and pleas and within the limits of the appellant's claims. The judgment's determination that separation for conflict or discord falls outside the scope of the action. No defect.
