A plea of lapse of proceedings because more than one year has passed since the last valid procedural act therein, directed at the procedures in the previous action. إقامة دعوى جديدة بإجراءات جديدة مستقلة عن خصومة الدعوى السابقة. الدفع بسقوط الخصومة لمرور أكثر من سنة على آخر إجراء صحيح فيها الموجه إلى إجراءات الدعوى السابقة. لا أثر له على الدعوى الأخيرة. - ترك الخصومة في الدعوى:-Original Arabic judgment citations
