Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1892

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

Complete omission to determine certain claims through oversight or error. Its remedy is recourse to the same court that omitted them, not challenging the judgment. The Court of Appeal's failure to address the claim omitted by the court of first instance does not constitute a deficiency.
