State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

An action to establish or deny lineage. What is required for it to be heard. A claim therein to a right relating to property, with that claim being its primary purpose. The reason for this. - The respondents' claims being confined to a request to negate the female appellant's request her brother and to establish lineage to another deceased person, without their claiming another right relating to property. Its effect. Inadmissibility of the action. The judgment's contravention of this - 365 - Civil Procedure renders it defective and necessitates its cassation.
