التظلم من أمر الحجز قاصر على طرفيه. للغير إقامة دعوى عادية بالحق الذي يتعارض معه صدور أمر الحجز. علة ذلك: التظلم دعوى وقتية. الحكم الصادر فيه حكم وقتي لا يمس أصل الحق ولا يقيد المحكمة عند نظر الموضوع. مثال. - دعوى الاستحقاق الأصلية:-Original Arabic judgment citations
