Joining the subordinate with the superior in an action for compensation, issuance of a judgment against both for compensation, and its acquisition of the force of res judicata. Its effect. That judgment becomes binding against the subordinate, and the compensation action becomes subject thereby to a limitation period of fifteen years. The implication thereof. An example.
