The existence of proceedings, which began with the filing of the statement of claim with the court registry. It remains contingent upon valid service thereof. Failure to perform this procedure up to the rendering of judgment. Effect thereof. The proceedings cease to exist as an effect of the judicial claim, and the judgment rendered therein becomes legally nonexistent.

وجود الخصومة الذي بدأ بإيداع صحيفة الدعوى بإدارة الكتاب. بقاؤه معلقاً على شرط إعلانها إعلاناً صحيحاً. تخلف هذا الإجراء حتى صدور الحكم. أثره. زوال الخصومة كأثر للمطالبة القضائية وصيرورة الحكم الصادر فيها منعدماً.Original Arabic judgment citations
