A cassation appeal. Deemed brought from the date its petition is deposited with the Registry within the prescribed time, satisfying the formal requirements prescribed by law. Effect thereof. Invalidity or delay of service has no effect on the appeal. Cassation appeals fall outside the scope of application of the sanction of treating the appeal as if it had not been brought.

الطعن بالتمييز. اعتباره مرفوعاً من تاريخ إيداع صحيفته إدارة الكتاب في الميعاد مستوفية الأوضاع الشكلية المقررة قانوناً. أثر ذلك. بطلان الإعلان أو تراخيه لا أثر له على الطعن. خروج الطعن بالتمييز عن مجال أعمال الجزاء باعتبار الطعن كأن لم يكن.Original Arabic judgment citations
