The litigation in an action. Its existence begins with the filing of the statement of claim and is conditional upon its valid service. Failure of that condition up to issuance of the first-instance judgment. Its effect. The litigation ceases to exist and the judgment rendered therein is void owing to the nullity of the procedure.

الخصومة في الدعوى. وجودها يبدأ بإيداع الصحيفة ويعلق على شرط إعلانها إعلاناً صحيحا.ً تخلف هذا الشرط حتى صدور الحكم الابتدائي. أثره. زوال الخصومة ويبطل الحكم الصادر فيها لبطلان الإجراء.Original Arabic judgment citations
