Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 4186

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Two · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The plea of lack of standing. Its cases. Merely omitting the company’s name from the statement of claim does not give rise to a plea that the action is inadmissible for lack of standing. It does, however, raise a plea that the statement is void for deficiency in its particulars.
