An application to place an insane person, a person of deficient intellect, a person susceptible to imposition, or a prodigal under interdiction. The party having an interest therein. The Department of Minors' Affairs and every interested person. - Bringing the action by the female custodian of the children of the person whose interdiction is sought. Permissible. The reason therefor. Averting harm and safeguarding the interests of her children by him.
