Judicial principle — Kuwait Court of Cassation

Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 1500

State of Kuwait · Pleadings — Part Three · Ministry of Justice — Court of Cassation — Technical Office

English translation of the principle

The appellate court is not at fault for declining the request to remit the assignment to the expert whenever it finds in the case papers sufficient material for its conviction. No blame attaches to the appellate court for failing to respond separately to a defense or documents which it addressed in a manner indicating its awareness of them and which do not alter its view.
