Relative nullity for the benefit of those for whose protection the interruption was prescribed, namely the heirs and those standing in place of a person who has lost capacity or whose capacity has changed. - Reliance on interruption of the proceedings owing to the death of some appellants, raised by a person who is not an heir. Inadmissible.
