Granting an agency in the interest of the agent or a third party. In this case, the principal may not dismiss the agent or restrict his agency without the consent of the person in whose interest the agency was granted. Article 717/2, Civil Code. - Prohibition on the court addressing the relationship of litigants with their agents:-
