A petition for reconsideration based on documents whose production before delivery of the judgment the opposing party had prevented. Condition for its admissibility. The document must be decisive in the action such that, had it been produced, it would have changed the view taken therein in favour of the petitioner; it must have been withheld by the act of the successful opposing party; and the petitioner must have been unaware of its existence in the possession of its holder. - 584 - Civil Procedure
