Judgment. Its nature: the decision issued by the judge on facts submitted to him, whether in the form of an action or a grievance against an order for which the law prescribes special procedures, in which the judge discloses the conviction he has reached concerning those facts. - Decisions issued concerning real estate registration by endorsing the application with a requirement to complete a particular statement which the applicant considers unwarranted, or determining the loss of priority of the application for that reason. A grievance against them may be submitted to the President of the Court of First Instance or his substitute within three days from the date the decision is notified to the applicant. The judgment affirming or revoking the decision challenged by the grievance is itself the decision provided for in Article 12 bis (1) of Law 5/1959. It may not be challenged by any means, whether issued by the President of the Court or his substitute. The reason for that.
