Attachment of a debtor’s assets held by a third party. The condition for its validity. Within the 8 days following service of the attachment on the garnishee, the attaching creditor must bring an action against the attachment debtor to establish the right and validate the attachment before - 708 - Civil Procedure the competent court in cases where attachment is ordered by a judge; otherwise, the attachment is deemed never to have occurred.

حجز ما للمدين لدى الغير. شرط صحته. رفع الحاجز خلال الثمانية أيام التالية لإعلان الحجز إلى المحجوز لديه الدعوى بثبوت الحق وصحة الحجز على المحجوز عليه أمام - ٧٠٨ - المرافعات المحكمة المختصة في الأحوال التي يكون فيها الحجز بأمر القاضي وإلا اعتبر الحجز كأن لم يكن.Original Arabic judgment citations
