The challenged judgment's conclusion that the appellant failed to prove an employment relationship between herself and the respondent, that what she submitted was unfit as evidence to prove that, and that the contract linking her to him as a trainee lawyer is a contract to learn the profession for remuneration, not subject to the provisions of the Labour Law. Its award of her salary up to the date she began working independently for her own account. Does not render it defective.
