الدفاع عن مصالح الخزانة العامة في جميع القضايا التي ترفع من الحكومة أو عليها أمام المحاكم. لإدارة الفتوى والتشريع. عدم حظر الاستعانة إلى جانبها بمحام خاص من القطاع الأهلي. - ٧٣٢ - المرافعات - مؤسسة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية. رئيس مجلس إدارتها هو الذي يمثلها أمام القضاء وله أن يوكل محامياً أهلياً إلى جانب محامى إدارة الفتوى والتشريع. توقيع هذا المحامى على صحيفة الطعن بالتمييز تستكمل به البيانات التي أوجبها القانون.Original Arabic judgment citations
