English translation of the principle

The expert’s work. An item of evidence in the case. Subject to the assessment of the court of the merits. Its adoption of the report on its stated grounds. Its implication. It found nothing in the challenges directed against it deserving a response beyond what the report contained. - The expert is not obliged to perform his work in a particular manner. He must carry out his assigned task in the manner he considers achieves the purpose of his appointment, so long as his work remains subject to the court’s assessment. Its right to consider the expert’s work sufficient so long as it finds therein enough to clarify the truth in the case.
