The insured's breach of the duties or restrictions contained in the insurance policy concerning the use and driving of the vehicle. The insurer has the right of recourse against the insured for the compensation paid to the injured party. Conditions thereof. These restrictions must be reasonable and must not conflict with the Traffic Law and its resolutions. Example.
