Joint-stock companies enjoy legal personality independent of the persons of their partners. Its consequence. It has no effect on its enjoyment of legal personality and its independent patrimony. Its import. The Minister of Petroleum, as the highest administrative head of the Petroleum Corporation, has no right to administer or dispose of its property. - Allocation to a person of housing owned by the Kuwait Oil Company pursuant to an order of the Minister of Oil does not entail transfer to the latter of the right to administer and dispose of the property, prevent the company from exercising its rights as owner, or confer on that person an indefinite right to use the housing without its consent.
