Service on a private legal person. A copy is to be delivered at its administrative headquarters; otherwise, it is void. Article 1 of the Law of Procedure. - The judgment's inference of the respondent company's domicile and administrative headquarters from a photocopy of an industrial establishment licence, which is no more than a statement of the location of a factory licensed to the company, without in itself indicating its principal headquarters, and its consequent acceptance of the plea that the appealed judgment was void because service of the statement of claim at premises belonging to the company was void, a service that produced its effect through the appellee's appearance and request for an adjournment for memoranda without challenging it on any ground. This vitiates it and requires its cassation.
