Kuwait Court of Cassation principle number 2027

Establishment that the apparent agent is a non-Kuwaiti prohibited from engaging in trade for his own account or owning a commercial establishment, and that his signature on the papers of the establishment he represents was in his capacity as its representative. This indicates the good faith of the person dealing with him, in that he could only be a representative of its owner, thereby establishing apparent agency. Disregarding this indication constitutes error, unsound reasoning and a contradiction of what is established in the papers.
