The contract must be performed in accordance with the requirements of good faith and honourable dealing. - The contractor's obligation is an obligation to achieve a result. His failure to deliver the work in full at the time and place at which it must be delivered entails his contractual liability. The employer may seek specific performance or rescission, with compensation in either case if warranted. The contractor's liability is excluded only by proving an extraneous cause.
