Current account. Its nature. It may be overdrawn on the part of both parties or one party. - Inferring the existence or non-existence of a current account. A matter of fact assessed independently by the trial court. It may establish this account by all means of proof. - Closure of the current account. Its meaning. Preventing new payments from entering it, deriving the balance from the totality of its items, and determining the position of its two parties with respect to that balance. Its implication. An expression by one of its parties of the desire to terminate it. The account may not be considered terminated unless it has actually been closed.
