Article 101 of Civil Code

1 - The dispositions of a prodigal and a person of weak understanding, after publication of the interdiction decision, shall be governed by the provisions concerning dispositions of a discerning minor set out in Article 87. 2 - As for dispositions made before publication of the interdiction decision, they shall not be void or voidable unless concluded in collusion in anticipation of interdiction.
