English translation
If the person's insanity or mental deficiency is commonly known, or the court has appointed a curator for him, he shall be presumed to have entered into the disposition while insane or mentally deficient, as the case may be. Otherwise, he shall be presumed to have entered into the disposition while of sound mind, all unless evidence to the contrary is established.

إذا كان جنون الشخص أو عتهه مشهورا, أو كانت المحكمة قد عينت له قيما,
افترض أنه أبرم التصرف في حالة جنونه أو عتهه على حسب الأحوال, وإلا افترض
