Article 97 of Civil Code

1 - A person of deficient capacity is not precluded from invoking his deficient capacity, as prescribed by law, by having claimed to possess capacity. 2 - However, if the minor, in order to conceal his deficient capacity, resorts to fraudulent methods such as to induce the belief that he possesses capacity, he shall be obliged to compensate the person who contracted with him for the damage resulting to that person from annulment. - The judge may, by way of the compensation due under the preceding paragraph, rule to dismiss the action for annulment.
