Article 94 of Civil Code

1 - A minor possessing discernment shall, upon reaching fifteen, have capacity to conclude an employment contract if it is of indefinite duration; if its duration is fixed, it shall be for a period not exceeding a year. He shall also have have, upon reaching this age, capacity to dispose of his wages and other earnings from his work, provided that his liability for his dispositions of the proceeds of his work shall be within the limits of the funds he has earned therefrom. Law Index 954 Home Page Civil Code Decree-Law No. 67 of 1980 AD promulgating the Civil Code 2 - The court may, where necessary and at the request of the natural guardian, the appointed guardian, the Department of Minors' Affairs or any other interested person, restrict the minor's capacity to dispose of his wages and other earnings from his work. In that event, the provisions of natural or appointed guardianship shall apply, as the case may be.
