Article 96 of Civil Code

1 - Every person who has attained the age of majority shall have full capacity to undertake legal dispositions, unless a judgment has previously been issued continuing natural or appointed guardianship over his property. 2 - The age of majority is twenty-one full Gregorian years. - A person who has attained the age of majority shall continue to have full capacity unless an impediment thereto arises, in accordance with the following provisions and other provisions prescribed by law.
