Article 98 of Civil Code

1 - An insane person lacks capacity to act, and all his dispositions shall be void. 2 - If the insanity is not continuous and the disposition occurs during a lucid interval, it shall be valid. - The court's appointment of a curator for the insane person shall not alter the rule governing his dispositions under the preceding paragraph.
