1 - A discerning minor, whatever his age, has capacity to dispose of property given to him for his maintenance, and also has capacity to undertake other legal acts so long as they remain within those purposes. 2 - The liability of a discerning minor. ١ - للصغير المميز, أيا كانت سنه, أهلية التصرف فيما يعطى له من مال لأغراض
نفقته, كما أن له أهلية أداء التصرفات الأخرى، طالما كانت في حدود تلك الأغراض.
٢ - تتحدد مسؤولية الصغير المميز. عن الالتزامات الناشئة عن التصرفات التي
