1 - A minor authorized to administer shall have capacity to carry out the dispositions required for administering the property delivered to him, within the limits of the authorization. 2 - However, a minor authorized to administer shall not have capacity to lease out the property for a period exceeding one year.

١ - للصغير المأذون في الإدارة, أهلية إجراء التصرفات التي تقتضيها إدارة الأموال
التي تسلم له، في حدود الإذن.
