Article 103 of Civil Code

1 - The court may authorize a spendthrift to administer all or part of his property, either without restriction or subject to such restrictions as it deems appropriate. It may, in particular, require the spendthrift to submit an account of his administration at the times it specifies. 2 - The court may withdraw or restrict the authorization to administer if it considers that there are grounds for doing so. 3 - The court's decision authorizing administration, restricting it, or withdrawing it shall be annotated in the margin of the publication of the interdiction, in accordance with the rules issued therefor.
