English translation
1 - The law shall determine the rank of the preferential right. If the law does not determine the rank of a preferential right, it shall rank after every preferential right whose rank is specified. 2 - Where preferential rights have the same rank, they shall be satisfied in proportion to the value of each, unless a provision stipulates otherwise.

۱ - يحدد القانون مرتبة الامتياز. فإن لم يحدد القانون لامتياز مرتبته، كان متأخرا
