Article 1067 of Civil Code

1 - A privilege may not be invoked against a person who took possession of the movable in good faith on the basis that it was free of that privilege. 2 - For purposes of this article, the lessor of immovable property is considered a possessor in respect of movables situated in the leased premises, and the hotel proprietor in respect of effects brought by guests into his hotel.
