English translation
A person whose consent resulted from a mistake may not invoke his mistake in a manner contrary to the requirements of good faith. The other party may, in particular, insist against him that the contract be carried out in a manner consistent with what he actually believed, without substantial harm befalling him.

لا يجوز لمن صدر رضاؤه عن غلط ، أن يتمسك بغلطه على نحو يتعارض مع
