Article 147 of Civil Code

1 - If a contracting party makes a mistake that induces him to consent to the contract, such that he would not have given his consent but for that mistake, he may request annulment of the contract if the other contracting party made the same mistake with him without an influence on his part that could have been remedied, or knew that he had made it, or could easily have discerned that from him. 2 - In donations, however, annulment may be requested without regard to the other contracting party's participation in the mistake or knowledge of its occurrence.
